Breathe In Cafe to Replace Urban Spring

The Local, the NY Times' Clinton Hill and Fort Greene Blog, lets us know today that Urban Spring, the recently closed vegan cafe on Dekalb is going to be rejiggered into a new vegan cafe called Breathe In operated by the same husband and wife team that ran Urban Spring.

According to The Local:

Mr. Aitcheson and his wife, Carmella Aitcheson, will open the Breathe Inn Café, which will offer organic juices, shakes, sandwiches and salads.

With warmer temperatures arriving, the Breathe Inn Café will also market picnic blankets, place mats and other handmade wares that will mostly be made by Ms. Aitcheson.

Sounds like a great addition, especially with the loss of Urban Spring, and they're planning on opening by the end of the month.
